Lee Ligang Zhang is our founder and has served as our chairman of the board and chief executive officer since December 2003. Mr. Zhang co-founded one of China's largest online travel service companies eLong.com, formerly listed on NASDAQ, and served as chief executive officer of its China operation from 1999 to 2003. From 1998 to 1999, Mr. Zhang served as head of product development of Sohu.com Inc., a NASDAQ-listed leading Chinese web portal. Mr. Zhang founded Harvard China Review in 1997 and co-founded Harvard China Forum in 1998 while studying at Harvard University. Mr. Zhang received a bachelor's degree both in biology and chemistry from Concordia College in the U.S. and a master's degree in genetics from Harvard University. Mr. Zhang was named as EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2014 National Life Sciences Award Winner in China.

Faith Feiyan Huang has served as our director since February 2005 and hold various positions including vice president of sales and marketing, general manager for Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen operations, chief marketing officer and currently serves as our chief operating officer. Ms. Huang has more than 20 years sales and marketing experience. Ms. Huang was one of the co-founders of eLong.com and served as its vice president of sales and marketing from 1999 to 2004. Ms. Huang earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial management engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She studied computer science at Mount Holyoke College and business at Boston University School of Management.

Yang Chen has served as our chief financial officer since April 2013. Prior to joining iKang, Mr. Chen was vice president of Finance & Strategy at Campbell Soup Asia. Mr. Chen also held a variety of senior management positions at Lee Kum Kee, Dumex, PepsiCo and Wyeth after working at Arthur Andersen as an auditor. Mr. Chen has a bachelor's degree in international finance from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and received an EMBA degree from Olin School of Business of Washington University in St. Louis. Mr. Chen is a member of the Chinese Institution of Certified Accountants.

Yafang Zhou has served as our senior vice president since August 2007. Ms. Zhou founded Shanghai Guobin Medical Center in 2000 and has served as its director and president since its incorporation. She has also served as vice president of Shanghai Guobin Healthcare Holding Group from June 2006 to August 2007. From October 1994 to May 2002, Ms. Zhou founded Shanghai International Peace Xinfeng Healthcare Co., Ltd and served as president and general manager. She also worked with the Shanghai Municipal Health Bureau from January 1984 to October 1994.

Elmer Liu currently serves as our vice president of medical management. Mr. Liu held management positions with Chinatrust Group and New World Development Group. Mr. Liu graduated from Feng Chia University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and also has a master’s degree in hotel & food service management from Florida International University.

Xiaojiang Zhou is currently our vice president responsible for human resources, key accounts and mobile health platform. Since joining us in October 2006, Mr. Zhou has served as senior account manager of Jiangsu region, deputy general manager for sales of Hangzhou region, general manager of Jiangsu region, executive deputy general manager of Shanghai region, assistant vice president and general manager of Shanghai region. Prior to joining us, Mr. Zhou worked at Nanjing Continental Group and Shanghai Heyi Biotechnology Company. Mr. Zhou received his bachelor’s degree in bioengineering from Jiangnan University and enrolled in an EMBA program at the School of Management of Fudan University in 2016.

Hua Liu is currently our vice president responsible for Beijing operation. Since joining us in February 2006, Mr. Liu has serviced as deputy general manager of Nanjing regional, general manager of Guangzhou regional, general manager of Beijing regional, and assistant vice president of sales and general manager of South China region. Prior to joining us, Mr. Liu worked at Putian Shouxin Group and LG China. He received a bachelor’s degree from Chengdu University of Technology and EMBA degree from Tsinghua University.

Ms. Cathy Liu joined iKang as Deputy General Manager in Strategy in December 2015 and was promoted to Vice President of Strategy in October 2018. Ms. Liu is responsible for the strategic planning and investments. Prior to iKang, Ms. Liu held position in Far East Horizon Principal Investment Department focusing on healthcare sector investment. Prior to her career in mainland China, she worked as an investment banker in BofAML and ABN AMRO/RBS in Hong Kong and London. Ms. Liu holds LLB degree in International Politics and BA degree in Economics from Peking University, and Master of Philosophy degree from The University of Hong Kong. Ms. Liu obtained Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2011.
